The delivery time is in addition to the lead time required to arrange your items. The lead time is mentioned in the Additional Notes for each individual item. For more information on lead time, please refer to our Customer FAQs section.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Self Collection

You are most welcome to our showroom anytime during normal opening hours to collect your orders. This avoids delivery fees and we will be most happy to see you!

Tracked Delivery

Tracked delivery is available within Singapore via Qxpress, for small orders weighing up to 5kg. Your order will be posted within 3 working days from when it is ready. You will be notified with a tracking number once the delivery is booked. As delivery may arrive any time of the day ranging from 9am to 10pm, it is best to either have someone present most of the day or have your parcel delivered to an office address for someone to receive on your behalf. Please leave specific delivery instructions (if any) in the COMMENTS section in the last step of checkout.

The cost for tracked delivery is calculated to include delivery rates plus cost of packaging materials.

Local Courier

Local courier costs a flat fee of $25 per delivery, to any address within Singapore. Our local delivery persons are reliable and will handle all parcels with care. Your order will be delivered within 3 working days from when it is ready. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time frame for delivery. The courier service shall be chosen suitable to your parcel needs, considering its weight and dimensions.

Please ensure that there will be someone able to receive your order at your specified address and agreed delivery date and time as re-delivery will incur extra charges.

Free Delivery

You will qualify for free delivery once your order exceeds S$350.00. Depending on suitability, delivery will be via registered post or local courier. The procedure for this service is as described above.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

DHL and TNT Service

All overseas orders will be sent via DHL or TNT. Once ready, your order will be sent within 3 working days to your designated address. The normal lead time for DHL or TNT to deliver your order may take up to 2 weeks depending on your address. Your tracking number will be provided to you once delivery is arranged.
