Retail Assistant - Freelance OR Permanent Part Time Positions

Job Description:

-       Answer to enquiries (via phone or walk-in)

-       Recommend and aid sales of products

-       Process sales: collect payment, give correct change, pack customer orders

-       Record customer orders and due dates

-       Arrange for delivery of customer orders (packing of orders)

-       Do some art-and-craft when required, such as placing tags/stickers for personalized gifts - fun!

Skills we require or we will help you develop:

-       Good phone skills, confident and polite in sales

-       Comfortable with using both iMac and Windows

-       Able to use the internet

-       Able to multi-task

-       Able to calculate simple mathematics

-       Communicates well in English. (Capability to communicate in other languages is a bonus!)

-       Simple art & craft skills, eye for detail

More Details:

-      Hours: up to 5 days a week, average of 30 hours a week. Flexible hours for both freelance and permanent part time positions.

-      Training: included.

-      Availability: immediate.
