SHOWROOM HOURS
Our showroom is open Tuesdays to Saturdays 11am to 5pm (UT/GMT + 8 hours). You are most welcome to visit anytime during these hours. Our showroom is closed on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays. At any time, you may contact us online outside these hours for all enquiries and order updates.
ORDERING PROCESS
To place an order you may either:
- Visit us at our showroom to view and purchase
- Order online and proceed with our website checkout system
- Via phone or email to enquire and order
Once your order is confirmed with payment, a receipt will be given and you will be updated on the progess of your order.
LEAD TIME
Once you have you have placed your order, please allow 3 working days for us to process your order.
Please then allow the lead time for each individual product. The lead time varies between each product, and ranges from 10 days to 3 weeks. Should you require your items sooner, do contact us as we may have the item available in store immediately.
Please allow further time for personalized orders depending on your quantity and complexity of personalization.
Once your order is ready, you may collect your items on the spot from our showroom or await for delivery.
EARLY BIRD ORDERS
We do offer discounts to reward early bird orders. This offer is available for those who confirm their orders at least 3 months ahead of their event date. Do contact us for more details.
RUSH ORDERS
Should you require your order sooner than 10 days to 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us as we do hold many items in store for immediate purchase. If items are in store immediately, there will be no additional fees charged.
Please note that the normal delivery time still applies. Alternatively you may visit us at our showroom to cash and carry to avoid time required for delivery.
For personalized items, rush fees apply if you require them sooner. The availability for rushed personalized items depends on the quantity and complexity of personalization. Do contact us for more details.
CANCELLATION FEES
If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you may ask for a refund or exchange. You must contact us within 3 days of purchase. Exchanges must be of equal or greater amount to your current order. Refunds incur a 15% cancellation fee due to change of mind, plus any other additional admin fees incurred.
There will be no refunds on delivery or service fees (if any).
