How It Works
SG Wedding Favors is glad to offer free shipping for all orders above $200. This only applies to deliveries in Singapore. We require the desired delivery date has to be at least 2 months from date of purchase. This is to allow lead time for production. More often than not, we are still able to deliver for free even if you required within 2 months, as long as we have stock. Please contact us if you want free delivery within 2 months of purchase. This offer is valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Delivery Time
All local deliveries are by trusted local courier or by snail mail for very small orders. Delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 days. All overseas deliveries are delivered via CityLink Express expected to reach within 14 days. Actual time may vary between countries.
Guaranteed Delivery
All deliveries are guaranteed as long as the delivery date is more than 3 months from the date of purchase. If we fail to deliver by the stated date, we will give you the products for free. That's our commitment to you. However if you need an order rushed, please call us at +65-98302664.
Overseas Delivery
For overseas buyers, we are glad to inform that we do offer overseas delivery, albeit at standard shipping charges.
Currently we have shipping rates input for Singapore, Phillipines, Malaysia and Hongkong. So if you are from these countries, you can just make your purchase online at our website.
If you are not from the above countries, please contact us with the relevant information for your products and we will let you know the shipping rates from Singapore to your country.
