  • SG Wedding Favors customer service representatives are available to assist you from Monday to Saturdays, 10am to 10pm(UTC/GMT +8hours). We are closed on Sundays.

    We are open based on appointments only, hence if there are no appointments, we might not be open. Please contact us to make an appointment before coming. back to top

  • What is the currency used?
  • All prices listed on the SG Wedding Favors website are quoted in Singapore Dollars. back to top

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Delivery depends on stock status, hence please check with us on the stock level before ordering.

    Assuming we have the products in stock, the delivery will take about 1-2 weeks in general. If we do not have the products in stock, then delivery will take 1-2 months. This is to allow time for production and shipment.

    Please note that the above delivery guideline only applies to non-personalized products. Personalization will require additional time. So please check with us.

    Delivery dates are counted from the date which we received payment. An order is only confirmed if payment is made.

  • What is the minimum quantity required for each item ordered?
  • In general, we do not have a minimum quantity for our products. This means you can buy ONE of each product to see its what you want, before buying more.

    For the few products that have a minimum quantity, the details will be on the product page itself. back to top

    2. Ordering

  • How do I place an order?
  • Step 1: Navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing.
    Step 2: Enter the desired quantity, then click on the "Add to cart" button.
    Step 3: Check the quantity and the item you have added.
    Step 4: When you are ready to purchase, click on the "Go to checkout" button.
    (Please note that you would have to sign in if you are an existing customer or create an account with us if you are a new customer.)
    Step 5: Select your shipping and payment options.
    Step 6: Finally, click on the "Confirm the order" button, and a confirmation email will be sent to verify your order.

  • Payment Terms
  • For ordering via our website, we accept both Cash (via bank transfer) and Credit Card payments. We do not accept cheques.

    To pay by cash, you can make an appointment with us, and if we have the product in stock, you can cash and carry at our office. Please see our contact information here.

    Please note that we only accept cash in our office, as there is no credit card machines so please bring sufficient cash for your purchase. There are however ATMs for all 3 major local banks around our office if you require to withdraw.

  • Delivery Information
  • For local orders, we offer free delivery above $250. When your order is above $250, there will be an option for Free Shipping. Free delivery DOES NOT apply to overseas orders. If your order is less than $250, there will be delivery charges involved based on the weight of the items. The delivery fees will be shown during the checkout process.

    For local deliveries, we use a local courier and delivery time is during office hours on Weekdays (Mondays to Fridays), 9am to 6pm. During the checkout process, you can specify the delivery time to be before 12pm or from 1pm to 6pm. Please indicate your preferred delivery time in the comments section in the ordering process.

    Please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address specified on the specified date of delivery, as redelivery will incur extra charges. back to top

  • Where can i see the price of the product?
  • All our prices are listed on the website. Our price is based on quantity, which means the more you order, the lower the price.

    In order to see the prices for that particular product, you have to go to the product page to see that. Every product, there is a Product Page and a Category Page. To illustrate this point, we use our best seller product, our Timeless Traditions Glass Coaster.

    The product page for our Timeless Traditions Glass Coaster is found here. When you click on the link, you will go to the actual product page. This is where you will see all the prices.

    When you navigate using the categories located on the left side of the website, you will be brought to a Category Page. For our glass coaster example above, there is also a Category page. This Category page is where we list all the glass coasters products. To see the Category Page of our glass coaster example, you can click here

    You will only be able to see "As Low As" prices here. In order to see the pricing for the different quantity, you have to click on the individual product page. back to top

  • What does the "As Low As" price means?
  • All our prices are listed on the website. Our price is based on quantity, which means the more you order, the lower the price.

    As each product have different pricing for the different ordering quantities, we are unable to list all the prices on our Category page, which consists of many products.   • What credit cards do you accept?
  • Our website accepts credit card payment via Paypal which means all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards can be used. back to top

    We Price Match

    We want you to shop with confidence at SG Wedding Favors. If you find the exact same item offered at a lower price elsewhere in Singapore, please give us a call and we will be happy to match the price. This is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    How It Works

    Competitor's item must be an identical item by the same manufacturer and the item must be in stock. We cannot honor our price match guarantee program once the order has been shipped.   • Refund Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery and ask for an exchange of products or a full refund.

    All refunds must be done in full. This means that if you wish to get a refund, you have to return all the products for a full refund. No partial refunds are allowed.

    The final amount refunded will depends on the return condition of the products. Upon receipt of the products, we will conduct an inspection, and will advise on the amount to be refunded. If you had enjoyed free shipping for your order, the delivery fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

  • Exchange Policy
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery and ask for an exchange of products or a full refund (please see refund policy above).

    Instead of getting a refund, you can exchange the product you bought for another product AS LONG AS the total value is more than or equal to the amount paid. This means that if your purchase was $100, you would have to exchange for items of total value equal or more than $100.

    For exchange of defective products, customers would have to come to our office to do the exchange. Please make an appointment with us prior to coming. Please contact us for an appointment

    4. International Orders

  • Can you deliver out of Singapore?
  • Yes, we do deliver overseas. As of now, we have customers from Malaysia, USA, Italy, Spain, Isreal, Hongkong, and many others. back to top

  • How do i check my delivery?
  • We deliver all overseas orders via Citylink express. When your goods are ready to be send out, we will email you a Tracking/Consignment number. To track your delivery, go to this website, and enter the Consignment Number (without any dashes) into the box given.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the overseas shipment. Furthermore, SG Wedding Favors is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for any fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.

  • All prices on our website is in Singapore dollars. For overseas orders, as of now, we only accept credit card payments via Paypal. back to top

  • How much is the overseas shipping costs?
  • To check how much is the overseas delivery fees, just add the products to cart, check the quantity is correct, and click on the "Estimate Shipping" at the shopping cart page. Choose the country that you are from, and you should be able to find out the shipping cost to your country.

    If for some reason, after choosing the country of destination, there is no information on shipping, OR the shipping fees says $0, then please contact us. back to top
