Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. SgWeddingFavors.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and SgWeddingFavors.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Return Policy

All items except discounted and promotional items can be returned. The products should be in their original condition with the original packaging. For hygiene purposes, certain items are not exchangeable. Refunds would have to be on a case-by-case basis. As with the nature of retail business, we regret to inform that SG Wedding Favors will NOT be responsible for the cost of delivery back to us, overseas or local.

For residents in Singapore:

Residents within Singapore may either mail your order back to us or visit our store with the product in its original condition, together with the receipt within 14 days. A photocopy of the receipt is good enough.
Please also note that we are unable to refund products that are damaged by the customer. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you via cash or Paypal.
Please also note that although we are not liable for damage caused by 3rd Party Courier Service, we will review each on a case by case basis.

For customers outside of Singapore:

Please mail your order back to us in the original condition with its receipt within 30 days. As with all retail business, we regret to inform that SG Wedding Favors will NOT be responsible for the cost of delivery back to us. Please also note that we are unable to refund products that are damaged by the customer. Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Refunds will be credited to you only via Paypal.

We ensure that our products are in good condition before shipping. However, should you receive a damaged or defective product or a wrong product, please contact us for a replacement or for further return instructions.
Please also note that although we are not liable for damage caused by 3rd Party Courier Service, we will review each on a case by case basis.

Payment

We accept both bank transfer and credit card payment via Paypal.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs would be calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination country. It will be computed when you check-out. For shipping charges that are not shown, please contact us. Generally, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt via Singapore Post Office or Citylink Express. Please allow 2-3 working days for local delivery and 5-10 working days outside Singapore. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to quality control, stock availability, publishing error, or any other reasons. We also reserve the right to alter the availability or duration of any promotional items at any time.

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled via Paypal. Should your order be cancelled, our sales assistants will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours. To check the status of your order, please email us with your full name and your order details to customerservice@sgweddingfavors.com or call +65 98302664.
